Shipping & Delivery
Rude Gameware ships worldwide from our own warehouse in Florida, USA. We use FedEx and US Postal Service for shipping and all items are insured against loss or damage. We ship all orders within 1 business day and typically the same day. Once an item is in your cart, you can view the shipping costs to your location by using our shipping estimator tool on the shopping cart page. If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us immediately. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please note that shipments may be subject to any applicable local taxes and/or international import charges.

Rude Gameware is the sole owners of the information collected on this site. WE DO NOT SHARE, RENT, SELL OR OTHERWISE DISCLOSE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. If you follow a link from our website to another website, please note the privacy policy of that website would then apply.

This website takes every precaution to protect our user information. We use the highest level of 256-bit encryption on our site during the entire checkout process. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox and Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just surfing. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.
Returns
Rude Gameware offers a full refund for any purchase that does not provide complete customer satisfaction. You know the drill. Defective/damaged software will be exchanged for the same item only. The buyer must obtain prior approval in the form of a Return Authorization before returning merchandise. All returns must occur within 30 days of purchase. Open and/or used items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price. Merchandise must be in new and working condition with all packaging, documentation and other original equipment accessories when returned. Buyer may be assessed a fee up to the full purchase amount for missing items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Food products cannot be returned.
Warranty Information
All Rude Gameware products come with a 1 year warranty against defect. We will happily replace your defective item at no cost. This does not include physical damage caused by the user. Please submit a ticket here if you have a defective item and include your order information to set up a repair or exchange. You are responsible for shipping the item to us.
Payment Options
Rude Gameware accepts credit cards directly on our website including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. In addition, we offer Paypal. Customers with their Paypal account, certain localized credit or debit cards or wishing to pay through their bank account should select the Paypal payment option to see additional payment methods. You can also mail us a payment if you really, really have no other option.
Viewing Orders
If you created an account, you can log in at any time to view the current status of your order or your entire order history. If a tracking number is available for your order, it will be emailed to you automatically within 24 hours of shipment.
Account Information
Creating an account on the Rude Gameware website allows you to view your previous orders, check your current order status, place future orders more quickly and may make you applicable for certain special promotions. Creating an account is completely free. However, it is not required to place an order. If you do not wish to register on our site and still wish to place an order, you can select the checkout as guest option, but don't come crying to us when you can't do all of those cool things. Registered users can update your account information including address, email address and more at any time by logging in to your account on our website.
